I’m from the UK and have transplanted myself in NZ, I’ve been here for 13 years. I really enjoy travelling. I woke one day feeling the need to write my dark thoughts down, gradually over the past 5 years they are lighter. Depression destroys functioning on every level. I am very lucky I have regained it all. Writing poetry has been amazing in my recovery
