The season of lockdown, the winter of coronaMasked carers hover, watching and waiting.Chilly winter bites, crippling illness prostrates her.Like jackals hunting the weakened,Or sly invaders playing a deadly game,The crafty coroneted killers surge on.Breathe in - lungs slowly congealing,Sounds of wheezing,Like rusty chains rubbing against cement.
