Smile

Smile as wide as the metres between us.This is the infection I rarely want to cure.Smile until spores land on faces like bubbles crowd surfing.Smiling has no curfew.Be gin or wine and spill over flaws Pass it around like photocopies of hymns and assignments. Frowns head spin and clouds thin to watch.Wear it in rogue grey hairs and mismatched socksHear its footsteps tiptoe in the brooding, brash or bashfulA smile mocks a ceiling of glass with its light.Doubts weaken like tea dipped biscuitsFor a moment, a day, the rest of a life.Do Your Own ResearchYou might want to, one time.
