This poem is about the horrific news of yesterday the 19th March, when a first year law student was stabbed to death outside his home on a busy road in London trying to protect his family.
He was cradled in his mother’s arms when he was born. His life ended in his teenage years Cradled for the last time in his mother's arms. How heart breaking to hear a young life ended In a senseless knife crime. A bright young student who had his whole life ahead.I don’t have words to describe how his mum must feel.laying in hospital with injuries from the same knife. Is there no end to these horrific knife crimes?What right anyone has to take a human’s life?What drives a person to stab and give fatal injuries? I’m dumbstruck for answers. My heart feels heavy with grief.
