Keith Brindle

I'm now a full-time writer. I've been Principal Examiner for GCSE English Language and Head of the English Faculty in a high school and I've written 65 school textbooks as well as running writing courses and performing ‘stand up’ for teenagers. I've been published in the 'Independent' and the 'TES' and was shortlisted in the Red Shed Poetry Competition in three of the past four years. I recently completed a novel, 'Serifos', which is set entirely on the eponymous island and deals with four decades of change in a complex relationship and within Greece itself.
