The old Dutch craftsman shapes his shoesof pine and pride while whistling tunes,imbuing each wood shoe with soulfrom heel to tip, from top to sole.When asked if this shoe is left or right,he grins, eyes twinkling with delight:“Most of my shoes are for left feet —’cos men can't dance or keep the beat.”That’s when I knew I’d need a pair —my moves are far from debonair.These two left feet now wear these shoesand stomp out time to clomping blues.
