I am a retired police officer, recently my wife was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and I began writing short poems, I then coupled the poems with photographs from my good friend John Logan.
I have dyslexia and always found written communication difficult ,the poems are my expression on my feelings and relate to the art of johns photography, I have written about 380 poems and coupled them with johns photos, the ones here are just a selection, the topics covered are the quest for an independent Scotland ,death ,mental health and romance.hope you enjoy them.
