Silent strangler
Heres the saturday fun rhyme just before my poem it's a 2 for 1 special. There was an old girl named ivy who got so green with envy she didn't know why the trees were so high so she reached for the sky with indemnity.
Creeping growing never stillGreen arrows point the way Meanders across the forest floor Slithers silent through the dayEntwined on every trunk and boughExerts a vice like grip Constricting sinews tightly squeezeCoiling like a spent bullwhipAnaconda of the woods Clothes naked bark in green Bridges gaps across the boughsTill arches fill the scene Coiled vine knots as thick as wristsShow this silent stranglers ageNo vaccine for this stealthy ninjaShe claims her green domainThe vikings called out ingus Meaning master of the realm Feel these woods were tightly bound When saxons had the helm Even Roman's had her face depictedPainted on their walls Seductive charming sweetly smilingCrawling through their hallsReaches every orifice Soon becomes her own The forest is her playground Makes it her verdant throne Facing towards the sun and growing Domination is her gameForce forest flora into submission Gentle poison ivy is her name Copyright16052020
