Sr. Ex Phys.Ed teacher from Winnipeg . Played many sports and has a result have severe osteoarthritis. Have had hip,shoulder,knees replaced but still coach and play Pickleball. I love and rescue animals,love plants, music and making poems. Haven't written anything since 2020 with most of my poems made for children. Suffered depression and wrote poems about my feelings in the late 90'S.
